Life Groups @ LCC of Harrison

Life Groups are at the core of all we are and all we do at Legacy Christian Church.

Small groups at Legacy Christian are called “Life Groups”, because the focus of the group is not only study, but development of a life of spiritual growth through the Five Purposes that develop a healthy church and a healthy Christian. Those Five Purposes are: 

  1. Fellowship
  2. Evangelism
  3. Worship
  4. Discipleship
  5. Service

 We believe that life change occurs in Life Groups.  A person who attends a Life Group will find a place where there is:

  • Friendship.
  • Mentoring in the faith.
  • Understanding and discussions of the truth of God’s Word, benefiting from the wisdom and discernment of many group members from varied backgrounds and experiences.
  • Identification and use of spiritual gifts in a safe and encouraging environment.
  • Care given and needs met through mutual ministry and prayer by brothers and sisters in Christ. 
  • Life Group members “bear one another’s burdens”.

Life Groups are led by lay leaders and  generally meet weekly in homes of the leaders.  There are groups for couples, singles, men, women, young adults and teens.  For more information, please contact Larry Nielsen, 513-367-4316, Larry@harrisonfcc.org
